1. Eligibility for Exchange & Return
Kenya, East Africa and Rest of the World (International)
- You may return or exchange an item within 2 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- Items must not have been washed.
- Items must meet hygiene standards and not have sweat, dirt or stains.
- Items must be accompanied by the Styles by Alimma invoice(s) and the return email.
- No returns for in-store collection - fitting room available.
2. Return Process

- Pack your item(s) securely, including all original packaging, the invoice(s) and the return email, and drop it off at our store or call for a pickup service.
- Please note that NO RETURNS will be ACCEPTED without the return email where our the Customer Support Team have initiated and cinfirmed the return.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
